Game Audio
Design

For this assignment, I was first tasked with creating a portfolio of sound effects and ambient sound that could be used within a game.

I was marked on my creativity with raw sounds and my use of tools within the editing software. I would either need to clean up raw audio ready to be used in game, or invent a new sound using unrelated audio (for example a dinosaur's roar).

My second task was to take some of those sounds

I created, plus sounds provided, to integrate within a

city environment using Unity. Creating a plausible and coherent sonic environment, with logic surrounding the players behaviour. (such as walking on different surfaces, interacting with NPC's, objects, the environment, etc.)

For this assignment I was awarded a First.

Software: Unity, Visual Studio, Audacity.

The FINAL OUTCOME
